In just a few short months, Division 10 has attracted nearly 200 affiliate members. To me, this demonstrates that there has long been a need for a forum for faculty, university administrators, and researchers. Several new members took the time to forward their recommendations for goals and priorities for this division. These ideas have been incorporated in the survey found in this issue. The Division Steering Committee will be meeting this summer to formulate a strategic plan for the future. You can be sure that each suggestion received from the membership will be considered. The Steering Committee plans to address all affiliates concerns, needs and requests.
